HotCheer Allstars

Allstar Cheer Teams

HotCheer is a world-class training facility that specializes in teaching young women and men life lessons through the sport of cheerleading. Life lessons such as: how to be confident and capable, work ethic, sportsmanship, community service, teamwork, trust, listening skills, time management, goal setting, winning and losing with grace, and so much more. Our families are raving fans about our program because of the benefits they see week-in and week out at HC.

Combining the competitive aspects of sport such as strength, power, flexibility, endurance, fitness and mental fortitude, cheer also offers a variety of disciplines (such as dance and gymnastics) in a fun and dynamic environment. Athletes also develop leadership and communication skills while building body awareness, self esteem and positive friendships.

We’ve got an All-Star team for everybody! New to cheer, new to HC or a 10-year veteran, if YOU have the desire, and the work ethic then we’ve got the PERFECT team for you.

Placements for the 19-20 season have concluded. If you are interested in joining a team, please email jenn@impactathleticspgh.com

Adaptive Cheerleading

Our HotShots perform in the CheerAbilities division as a co-ed cheerleading program for students ages 5 and up.  The program began in the fall of 2011 and has provided students with special needs with the opportunity to be part of a competitive cheerleading team. The students practice once a week and take part in 3-5 competitions. The team focuses on goal oriented learning opportunities and positive team peer interactions while having fun and learning new skills. Cheerleading is a great exercise to help build aerobic stamina, balance, strength, rhythm and flexibility.

This is an opportunity to encourage life and movement through a sensational sport. Special Needs Athletes benefit from their time together at practice and their work improving themselves. Not only do they stimulate their social and motor skills but also the thrill of performance is a special memory to all of us.

2018-2019 practices are held most Sundays from 1:00-2:00 pm.
